Employees were nice. Only issue is that because of it's size, a small line can be a bit of a crowd and there is only one cash register.
Very friendly, just opened next to Rocky's, the place on Jefferson with the bright sign. They are such a pleasant change from Rite aid- we are relieved to have a decent place to go to that is also close to home! Highly recommend them. The owner told us when we were in that they offer free delivery, including non prescription things- might be useful when I need some pepto, a bottle of ginger ale and crackers to get me through during flu season! Check this guy out!
If I could give 100 stars I would!! I had my Rx filled today (less than 5 mins) The pharmacist was very helpful and friendly. Born and raised in Smithsburg I have always used Home care pharmacy due to the small town atmosphere and service. Since they have closed I have needed to drive out to town to get my Rx filled. I was so pleased to hear that Smithsburg Pharmacy was opening up and couldn't wait to try them out! They are bringing back that small town customer service to our wonderful little town ❤️ Please if you haven't checked them out stop in you will not regret it!!!
Smithsburg Pharmacy filled my husband's prescription, which other local pharmacies never have in stock even though we were using only them to refill the medicine. We also had new insurance and Smithsburg Pharmacy took care of all of the pre-authorization mess for us! (That has NEVER happened before). Plus, the customer service was excellent! It's great to have this new business in our area!! We've been using Smithsburg Pharmacy since August and they DO NOT disappoint! Best customer service I have ever had at a pharmacy!! Come out and support them so we can keep great small businesses like this in Smithsburg!!
